Quick Verdict
UpLevel Rewards is a conditional rewards program, not an automatic gift-card award for answering a survey. Its terms require qualifying deals and identity verification. Some participants report receiving rewards, while others dispute denied claims; TIAS cannot verify an individual account or guarantee a payout.
We reviewed uplevelrewards.com and its linked program policies on November 4, 2026. The landing page displayed Flash Rewards branding. The program terms, last modified November 22, 2024, identify RewardZone USA LLC and refer to LevelUp. This review does not authenticate every advertisement or message using those names.
What must you do to earn a reward?
The landing page advertises a $1,000 reward after 25 deals and $100 after five deals. Many deals involve purchases or subscriptions. Optional surveys and offers are distinct from qualifying deals; completing a survey alone does not establish that you earned the advertised amount.
The terms specify qualifying deals across required levels, generally a 60-day completion period beginning with the first deal, and a separate 30-day claim window once that process starts. Eligibility and extensions depend on the rules. Read the particular offer before spending: required payments, new-customer conditions and cancellation timing can affect credit.
Check the cost before the headline reward
- Record each offer. Save its price, qualifying action, deadline and renewal terms before signing up.
- Budget for subscriptions. Add trial charges, later billing cycles and any purchases needed to qualify. An advertised reward is not the same as profit.
- Keep evidence. Retain enrollment emails, receipts and screenshots of credited deals. Use consistent, accurate account information.
- Cancel each service separately when appropriate. Leaving the rewards program does not cancel subscriptions purchased from advertisers. Follow the advertiser’s cancellation instructions and keep the confirmation.
Why does UpLevel ask for identification?
The published terms describe identity verification, potentially including government ID and a selfie. That makes an ID request consistent with the program’s stated process; it does not prove that a particular text, email or upload link is genuine. Navigate from the actual program site and review the verification provider’s privacy disclosures before submitting documents.
A claim can still be denied after verification. Completing an ID check is not a promise that every deal, account or eligibility requirement has been accepted.
What do participant reports show?
The reports we reviewed were mixed. An August 11, 2026 Reddit post described several successful payouts. That is one author’s account, not multiple independently verified participants.
Three visible BBB customer reviews, dated May 26, August 19 and September 16, 2026, described disputed denials. Two also acknowledged earlier rewards. In a July 24 response to the May review, the business maintained that disqualification followed its rules. We cannot resolve those private account disputes or authenticate the payments from public posts. Neither positive reports nor complaints establish what will happen to a new applicant.
If a deal or claim is disputed
Use the program’s published customer-service instructions, updated September 5, 2025. That page directs members to a support form and says there is no phone support. We could read the instructions but could not verify a successful form submission. Do not substitute a phone number from an unrelated directory.
Explain the specific deal or claim, dates and disputed requirement, and attach relevant receipts without exposing unnecessary financial or identity details. Keep subscription billing questions with the advertiser as well as any rewards-credit dispute with the program.
Frequently asked questions
Do surveys count toward the advertised reward?
The reviewed program separates optional surveys and offers from qualifying deals. Check the deal tracker and the exact reward-level requirements.
Can I receive a reward without identity verification?
The published rules require identity verification. TIAS cannot promise an exception or validate an individual upload link.
Does leaving UpLevel cancel paid subscriptions?
No. Manage each advertiser’s subscription separately under that service’s terms and save cancellation confirmations.
